My Dear People of God in the Diocese of Penang & Beyond,
Greetings to you on this Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary!
I earnestly request all clergy, religious and laity, to be united with me in joining together as one, at the live-streaming of this Launching Mass. In solidarity with the whole diocese, I humbly request that all other live-streaming masses in the parishes be held at a time that is different from this Launching Mass on that day. Parishes may also project the live-streaming of this Launching Mass on that day, for the benefit of those who are unable to access it from their homes. I invite all of us to walk with Pope Francis on this journey, For a synodal Church: communion, participation and mission.
